Without a clear call to action your website is pointless

This is one of my pet subjects. If someone is on your website what action do you want them to take when they are there?
In my new workbook "Overcome the Web Design Overwhelm" I walk you through "Calls to Action" what they are and why they are so important.
But here is the thing, it's not complicated if someone is on your website you want to direct them to take an action. Whether that is to contact you, fill out a form, download your freebie, or whatever but make it clear what action you want that person to take.
Your website may look pretty but without having a clear call to action it is pointless.
